The firm also has extensive experience in focus group research. The firm was engaged to conduct focus groups in 16 markets to assess the effectiveness of Louisiana's One-Stop Workforce Investment Delivery System for The Louisiana Department of Labor. The firm also has been engaged to study the effectiveness of communications in revenue and environmental programs in Louisiana.
